The following document will explain what the different inventory columns stand for. Below you can also find information regarding the Sync status of the items.

Selector box |
Select items to perform a bulk action for. If you want to select more items than the current page, make sure you also select the extra tick box to select all. |
Sync Status Indicator |
Indicates the sync status for this item. Green: Item is in sync with selected channels Blue: Item is not in sync, changes were made in NearMint that need to be synced in order to take effect. |
Artist |
The artist of the item, taken from the Discogs database. |
Title |
The title of the item, taken from the Discogs database. |
Cat# |
The catalogue number(s) of the item, taken from the Discogs database. |
Media |
The media condition of the listing |
Sleeve |
The sleeve condition of the listing |
Location |
The location field of the listing |
Qty. |
The quantity / stock level of the listing. |
Price |
The price of the listing |
Date added |
The date the listing was created or imported. When importing items from Discogs this will be the date that you last made a change to it on Discogs, as this resets the ‘creation date’ on Discogs. Once created or imported we keep this date fixed in NearMint, even if Discogs does update it. |
Discogs |
Wether or not this item is published to Discogs. If the item is not published to Discogs, the item will live just on NearMint and can be used for inventory management and manually marked as sold on the ‘offline’ channel. |
Status |
The status of the item. Please note that some status names are different from Discogs, here is what each status means: Inactive: The item is in stock but not actively for sale. Often used for back stock, ‘investment’ copies, etc. Corresponds with ‘Draft’ on Discogs. Paused: The item is in stock but not actively for sale, often used for temporary pausing of an item or the store. Note that new items can not be initially created in this status. Corresponds with ‘Expired’ on Discogs. Sold: Item is sold. Corresponds with ‘Sold’, or just deleted, on Discogs. |
Last Changed |
The last changed date is the date you last synced a change to this item, and normally corresponds with the item creation date on Discogs. For more details about the last and previous changed, click on the item and go to ‘Item logs’. |

Active |
The item is in stock and actively for sale. Corresponds with ‘For Sale’ on Discogs. |

Inactive |
The item is in stock but not actively for sale. Often used for back stock, ‘investment’ copies, etc. Corresponds with ‘Draft’ on Discogs. |

The item is in stock but not actively for sale, often used for temporary pausing of an item or the store. Note that new items can not be initially created in this status. Corresponds with ‘Expired’ on Discogs. |
