The Templates feature can be used to create templates that can be added in the item listing flow or in the Item Details page. These comments can either be Public Comments, Private Comments or Promo Text.
You can select the Templates feature from the Account dropdown menu:
There are different options where you can add message templates:
- From the Item Details page: Here you can a Public or Private comment and a Promotional Message:
Public comments will be shown on the comment field, Private comments will only be visible to you.
Note: Promotional Messages will be added to the public comment field and will be shown between square brackets:
- Templates can also be added in bulk to many items from the Set Details page:
1) Select the items you would like to add a comment to and click on Set Details:
2) Add a Private or Public Comment and/or Promotional Message:
