Filtering using the Advanced Search
There are two search options in the inventory:
- General Search: You can find the search bar just above the items in your inventory. Using the General Search is handy when looking for one specific item.
- Advanced Search: This search option is used to find sections of your inventory then you would like to edit or update. You can access this option by clicking on the icon next to the sync button.
A common example for using the Advanced Search is finding your oldest-listed records, or finding your records in VG+ condition, or finding your records in a certain section of your warehouse, etc.
Example: Let's assume you want to find your oldest listings.
Click on the advanced search icon and use any combination of the fields there to locate the items you’re looking for. In this case, click on From and To in Date Added. Once you’ve selected your range, hit Search and you’ll get your results. From here you can then make a bulk edit (i.e. adding a tag):
Click on Reset Filters in the top right to clear the search results:
